Future Founders

Lower Plenty Primary School is proud to partner with Upschool to bring the Future Founders program to our students — a hands-on, 6-week in-person journey where young innovators discover real-world problems and build digital solutions to address them.

Powered by the latest technologies available today and guided by Upschool mentors, students develop entrepreneurial thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to build real technology solutions that solve real problems.

The 6-Week Journey

Week 1 — Find a Problem That Matters Students explore the UN Global Goals and discover real challenges in their school, community, and wider world worth solving.

Week 2 — Imagine a Solution Students shape their concept and work with Upschool mentors to design a solution that could make a real difference.

Week 3 — Build Your First Real App Using modern coding tools, students bring their idea to life as a working interactive prototype.

Week 4 — Test, Learn, Improve Students put their solution in front of real users, gather feedback, and refine like real founders do.

Week 5 — Launch Your Idea to the World Students craft branding, videos, and pitches — preparing a launch that gets attention.

Week 6 — Showcase Day Students present their solutions to peers, families, and the school community in a celebration of impact and innovation.
