A Month of Moods - Activity Chart

A mood chart is a fun and exciting way to track your feelings throughout the month and learn more about yourself. The featured image shows an example as to how you can use coloured markers and pencils to fill in the snapshot of each day with the colour or colours that match the mood. Follow the link below and find your printable mood chart. If you find there are more moods which define your day - go ahead and add in extra colours to the mood key featured on your print - out.
